  • Starbucks EMEA

    Starbucks is one of the most iconic coffee shop chains in the world, and they approached our agency to reinvent how they are perceived as a brand on social media, particularly among Gen Z. To create successful seasonal campaigns in EMEA, we needed to identify what unites their European audience and show them that Starbucks understands their needs.

    To achieve this, we conducted extensive regional and cultural research to understand what these seasons, beverages, and mindsets meant in our diverse markets.

    Armed with this information, we developed content strategies and campaign ideas that resonated across the region, capturing our audience's attention during the Autumn, Holiday, and Spring social campaigns, resulting in a significant increase in sales of their seasonal beverages.

  • Aston Martin

    Aston Martin is a British luxury automotive manufacturer renowned for its high-performance sports cars and grand tourers, and they sought a social agency capable of creating ownable, authentic content designed to resonate with their luxury audience.

    By developing a social content strategy that accommodated their various car launches, influencer events, and photoshoots, we strengthened their social media presence by launching their TikTok and Threads channels, resulting in increased followers, engagement rates, and overall reach.

    As their appointed social agency, we were responsible for managing their seven global social channels, overseeing high-profile campaign launches such as the Vantage and Valiant, and producing premium social-first content from these shoots.

  • Westfield

    Westfield, one of the largest shopping mall chains in the world, appointed us as their social agency to reinvent their look and feel, strategy, and social content across the UK and Europe.

    While focusing on developing the brand’s authentic art direction and social strategy, we also convinced them to expand their presence to TikTok, successfully launching their channel within four weeks.

    As their agency, we not only managed their social channels in the UK but also executed multiple social campaigns, including their SS22 fashion campaign and their first TikTok Live Shopping experience, ‘Summer Styled by Westfield,’ all of which boosted the brand’s relevance and reach on social media.

  • LEGO

    LEGO as a Danish brand doesn’t need to be introduced, however not many people know how innovative, forward-thinking and culturally relevant brand they are. As an agency, we were briefed to work on weekly cultural insights and quarterly cultural reports across multiple social channels in their key European markets to understand what their audience is talking about, and how LEGO can inject itself in trends and conversations on these platforms.

    This project required working with translators, researchers and cultural insight experts across Europe to make sure that we provide quality and relevant work for LEGO's senior team.

    As an expert in social insights using our range of online and offline tools and methodologies, LEGO could generate ideas on their channels that people want to talk about by helping them get closer to people’s social needs and motivations.
