Welcome to Redhead on the Go. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at redheadonthego.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Redhead on the Go (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

  • We provide social media strategy, content creation, influencer marketing, analytics, mentorship, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

  • Deliverables, deadlines, fees and other details will be specified in separate agreements or proposals.

2. Use of the Site

  • You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in compliance with these Terms.

  • You agree not to use the Site to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, obscene, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site — including design, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations — is owned by or licensed to Redhead on the Go, unless otherwise noted.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit the Site or any part of it for any commercial purpose without express written consent.

4. Client Content & Third-Party Materials

  • You retain ownership of any material you provide to us (e.g., brand assets, logos, content). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such material as needed to provide the Services.

  • We may rely on third-party services, tools, platforms, or influencers. We are not responsible for their conduct, availability or performance, beyond what is stipulated in any agreement.

5. Fees & Payment

  • Fees for Services will be as agreed in writing in a proposal, contract or invoice.

  • Payment terms will be as stated in the contract. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement for the Services with written notice under conditions set out in the contract (e.g. breach, non-payment).

  • Upon termination, you will pay for all services performed up to the date of termination.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific results (e.g. exact numbers of followers, conversions, engagement).

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law: we disclaim warranties (express or implied) of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement.

  • We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Redhead on the Go, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • your breach of these Terms,

  • your violation of any law or the rights of a third party,

  • your use of the Services or Site in a way not authorized by us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we do, we’ll post the revised Terms on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through negotiation first; if not resolved, through the courts in London, England.

11. Miscellaneous

  • If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severed, and the rest will remain in full force and effect.

  • These Terms, together with any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and Services, superseding any prior agreements.
